This is an international exhibition of inventions that has been organized since 1971 in Zagreb, Croatia. INOVA is one of the oldest scientific events and a great opportunity for you to show your project to the world.
Are you interested in innovation i.e. smartwatches for athletes, VR glasses, or solar panels? Do you want to show your developments to the world scientific community and impress the jury and the participants with your talent, creativity and knowledge? If yes, then INOVA is just for you!

The International Exhibition INOVA has been held for 50 years, and more than 1000 inventors presented their projects there.

Students of 9-11 forms are welcome to take part in the national selection. At the exhibition you will meet participants of different ages to exchange experience and maybe to collaborate within some new projects.

INOVA gathers inventors from Europe, Asia and Oceania, Africa, North and South America. The exhibition jury includes scientists, entrepreneurs and inventors from the UK, Taiwan, Sudan, Malaysia, Poland and Iran. You may as well receive their expert evaluation and feedback on how to improve your project.

You will also compete for awards: gold, silver and bronze medals, special awards and certificates.

There are plenty of competitive programs at the INOVA — choose yours:
Young inventors - start your career in invention: create a box with automatic watering for growing onions on the windowsill or anything else you’d like.
Sports, games and leisure activities - create a smart soccer ball, invent an app for organizing parties, or develop a VR game that will teach students the basics of architecture.
Social innovations - create an application that will help you submit eco-petitions or create a digital map of illegal buildings.
Security - design sensors to assess the purity of water in water bodies or smart doors that will distinguish between owners and robbers.
Medicine and Healthcare - design crutches that adapt to the height and weight of a person, or invent an anti-allergen to protect allergic guests from your dog.
Transport - come up with new types of hoverboards, design a scheme for the operation of a water taxi, or propose national traffic regulations for electric scooters.
Industry, Product Design and Printing Technologies - develop a 3D printer that turns organic waste into jewelry, or invent a brand of virtual clothes.
Information and Communication Technologies - create a chatbot that recommends a movie for the evening or a messenger that will compete with Telegram and WhatsApp.
Economy and Office - design a coworking space that will use "green" technologies, or suggest how to redevelop small classrooms of your school.
Environment - develop an application that monitors forest fires throughout Ukraine or a smart device that will determine the level of pollution of the Dnipro waters.
Engineering and Materials Science - invent new technologies for recycling raw materials or create laser speed measuring devices for police.
Electricity, Electronics, Power Engineering - design home power plants from household materials or come up with a nationwide strategy to insulate old residential houses.
Construction, Machinery and Mining - come up with a technology that will help extract coal eco-friendly, or create a farm robot.
Chemical and Textile Industry - invent reagents for water purification or ultra-resistant fabric paints.
Biotechnologies and Nanotechnologies - suggest a new formula for biodegradable plastic or design a nanorobot that will clean the soil.
Agriculture and Nutrition - create an agro drone that will spray pest control products in seconds, or invent fertilizer for Ukrainian corn fields.
Advertising and Tourism - come up with a promotional campaign that will help to promote green tourism in your region or design heavy-duty mountain equipment for winter hiking.
There are a lot of sections, so don't hesitate to submit your invention and let's tell the world about it!

The final of the INOVA International Exhibition is held every autumn in Zagreb, Croatia and it gathers hundreds of participants. The event lasts for three days and, along with the exhibition, offers various events, networking, as well as the opportunity to explore one of the most beautiful Balkan cities.
Participants present their projects to the jury and the guests. They prepare stands where they show inventions, posters and information booklets with brief descriptions of their developments.

Now, due to the pandemic, the exhibition is being held online. Participants present their inventions on the INOVA digital platform.

To get into the list of finalists, you have to receive a recommendation from the expert commission as a special prize at the third stage of the All-Ukrainian contest-presentation of scientific research projects or at the exhibition-competition the "Future of Ukraine".

Ukraine is going to debut at the International Exhibition of inventions in Croatia. So, perhaps it is you who will represent our country at INOVA and receive the first awards!
